Although I’m fairly new to teaching online, I have many years of
experience teaching Yoga and Pilates classes, where I developed
strong lesson planning, group management and student
engagement skills. I am a friendly, dedicated and hardworking
professional who values accuracy, professionalism and building
positive learning relationships. With 4 years’ experience as a
Laboratory Analyst and 21 years` experience as a Debtors Clerk, I
consistently work with precision, focus and commitment.

Experience: I have a strong academic background as well as diverse teaching
experience that I believe would make me a valuable addition to your team. I hold a BSc in
Biological Sciences and an Honours degree in Microbiology from the University of Pretoria.
In addition, I am a Level 3 TEFL-certified English teacher as well as a qualified Pilates and
Yoga instructor, with nine years of class-teaching experience. My teaching background
across science, fitness, and language has given me a deep appreciation for different learning
styles and the importance of clear, compassionate communication as well as student
centred classes, building confidence and helping learners meet their personal goals.
