I have 27 years experience working in Finance. I am currently working towards completing a B.Ed Senior phase and FET with Afrikaans,English and Accounting as my teaching subjects. I have tutored both my son`s as well as 3 other learners. These learners motivated me to register with Unisa.I felt that I had to acquire a professional qualification to better inform myself of the varying dynamics encountered during teaching. I needed to know what possible barriers to learning were prevalent,how to assist learners with coping as well as devising strategies to positively impact learner development and to meet the educational needs of learners.
