Experience: @ As Principal and Senior Instructor of the Agricultural Training Institutes conducted teaching/ training of the students and farmers as well as managed overall activities along with academic, administrative, technical & financial audits.
@ Managed students’ Agricultural education- theoretical and practical teaching courses including Agriculture, Horticulture, Biology, and Science related subjects as the class teacher, scrutinized students’ exam. sheets, curriculum activities, examinations, tabulations, the supply of training materials etc.
@ Assessed the future planning for teaching/training farming/gardening needs of the students, trainers, trainees farmers etc as well as designed the course accordingly.
@ Made liaison with local administration, related departments, NGO,s etc to visit their projects to develop the skills of the students.
@ Supplied training materials, multi-media and other logistic supports in the classes.
@ Conducted an evaluation of the students through pre and post evaluation test.
