Experience: I have gained diverse experience in both retail and academic environments, developing strong skills in mentorship, tutoring, and retail operations. My professional journey began as a seasonal casual at Edgars Baecon Bay (Nov 2016 – Dec 2016), where I worked in Manchester retail operations, gaining firsthand experience in customer service and inventory management. I then transitioned into academia as a Pearl Tutor at Walter Sisulu University (Jun 2017 – Dec 2017), where I focused on skill development, assisting students in honing their technical and creative abilities. I also served as a Lecturer Assistant at Tshwane University of Technology (Apr 2021 – Nov 2024), where I have been actively involved in mentorship, tutoring, and skill development, supporting students in their academic and practical fashion design training. These roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in education, leadership, and industry-relevant expertise.
