I am an M.Sc(Ag) in Horticulture from Bangladesh Agricultural University. Served more than 15 years in teaching & training as Principal, Senior Instructor and District Training Officer of the Agriculture Training Institutes and other positions under the Ministry of Agriculture, Bangladesh Government with full satisfaction of the authority.
I have managed multidisciplinary projects in multi-environments as Principal and Senior Instructor including adult and children teaching/training, managing farmers/ students, examinations, tabulations, and other academic activities. Being a principal conducted theoretical & practical classes with daily proper lesson plans including Agriculture, Horticulture, Science, Biology and other related subjects as the routine program.

Experience: @ As Principal and Senior Instructor of the Agricultural Training Institutes conducted teaching/training of the students and farmers along with daily lesson plans as well as managed overall academic, administrative, technical & financial audit activities.
@ Managed students’ Agricultural education- theoretical and practical teaching courses including Agriculture, Horticulture, Biology, and Science related daily prepared lessons as the class teacher, scrutinized students’ exam. sheets, curriculum activities, examinations, tabulations.
@ Assessed the future planning for teaching/training farming/gardening needs of the students, trainers, trainees farmers, etc as well as designed the course accordingly.
@ Made liaison with local administration, related departments, NGO,s, etc to visit their projects to develop the skills of the students.
@ Supplied training materials, multi-media and other logistic supports in the classes.
@ Conducted an evaluation of the students through pre and post evaluation test.
@ Assessed the knowledge level of the students and passionately disseminated the
KAS(Knowledge Attitude and Skills) to develop students with quality standard
education in a caring & patient atmosphere.
@Conducted research activities, field trials/demos under the FAO-NORAD and Crop
Diversification Programs under the JICA as well as monitoring-evaluation, program
planning, seminars, liaison with stakeholders, donors, policymakers for future teaching development.
