Hello, my name is Elizabeth , and I am a passionate and dedicated educator with more than 15 years of experience working with children of various ages and learning abilities.
My experience includes Early Childhood Development (ECD), Foundation Phase teaching, homeschooling, online teaching, after-school tutoring, and learner support. Throughout my career, I have focused on creating a nurturing, positive, and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to reach their full potential.
I am SACE registered and have extensive experience helping learners build confidence in subjects such as English, Afrikaans, reading, comprehension, writing, homework support, and foundational numeracy skills. I understand that every child learns differently and tailor my teaching approach to suit each learner`s individual needs, strengths, and learning style.
Parents often describe me as patient, caring, reliable, and enthusiastic. I believe that strong relationships, encouragement, and consistency are key to helping children succeed academically and emotionally. My goal is not only to improve marks but also to foster a love of learning and self-confidence that will benefit learners throughout their lives.
As a tutor, I strive to make learning enjoyable, interactive, and meaningful while helping learners develop the skills they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
