I have worked as a College Principal at Rosebank College & Boston Media House. The turnover at Boston Media House almost tripled during my 4.5 years there. I created a Media Diploma which was highly successful.
I have 15 years experience managing & training people at all levels including College staff, Lecturers and multiple levels of Management from Junior to Senior
I have developed & written a wide variety of Academic & Training Material in the Management, Marketing & Branding fields including years 1 & 2 for the Vega Branding Diploma. I also trained on & developed training material for management & customer service courses for business organisations.
My strengths lie in my ability to present more technical content in easy to understand formats using visual material that is easy to understand & puts the concepts over in a clear manner.
