I have 25+ years of management experience, predominantly within the communication industry.

I am a licensed senior master teacher within Japanese martial arts (training from 1977 and teaching from 1992).
I am also a certified and qualified ETA fitness trainer and Shiatsu therapist. As an artist I work with clay, digital, photography, Japanese painting and calligraphy.

I mentor and assist in providing people with the tools they need to empower themselves.
