I am 25 years old. I grew up in a small township near Bronkhorstspruit called Rethabiseng.

My love for computer started when I was about 12 years old. I loved fixing things and finding our how they work.

My friends and colleagues call me a hard worker, but I see it as passion. I am driven by curiosity and passion.

Availability: I am available on weekdays between 18h:00 - 20h:00 and weekends between 08h:00 and 18h:00.

Experience: I am currently working as a Network Support Administrator for an IT company in Pretoria. I am based at an NGO in Pretoria West.

I assist our users with any IT/Computer related issues. Technical Support - Server and network support, End-User support - Internet browsing issues, MS Office applications and business applications.

I have a NQF level 5 qualification in Technical Support from Rosebank College and a System Support certificate acquired through a learnership.

I have cerificates in ITIL, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate and Microsoft Technology Associate - Server Fundamentals.

I have worked as a Service Desk Team leader which required me to provide a lot of training to junior and senior staff members and customers.

I have worked at the Department of Justice which has a lot of senior citizens. Providing me with a skill to be able to work and communicate with both the young and old.

I am a life learner and I believe in sharing knowledge.
