Hello! I’m Anya, a recent BSc Life Sciences graduate based in Durban, and I’m passionate about helping high school students achieve their full potential in their studies. Throughout my own schooling, I consistently excelled in many subjects, maintaining top marks across all terms, and I understand the challenges students face when trying to grasp complex concepts.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, patient, and student-focused. I aim to make learning enjoyable and accessible, breaking down difficult topics into manageable, understandable sections. I believe that the key to success in studying is not memorisation alone, but a genuine understanding of concepts and their applications. My sessions focus on concept clarity, reinforcing knowledge through explanations, examples, and guided practice.

With final exams and assessments in mind, I place special emphasis on exam preparation and strategy. I help students organise their revision, identify weak areas, practice past papers, and build confidence in their abilities.
