I see myself as an energetic go – getter who is always looking for an opportunity to grow and expand my horizons. I possess good communication skills. I have successfully trained and managed staff and possess the necessary skills for motivation and enrichment for any employee. I am very proud in my ability for effective time management and efficient organization, detail orientated, problem solving skills.
I have successfully complete B. Sc. Physics/Electronics and Electrical/Electronic Technical and Vocational of National Certificate in Education. Iam also currently waiting for the result of Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator. Iam SACE registered with registration number: FN11169538. As a foreigner I have my SAQA certificate with reference number: 297464.
I have extensive experience in Teaching and management having spent over 15years in positions such as Registrar, Examination Officer, College Manager, Examination Monitoring officer, Head of department, Classroom teacher and Department of Education examination marker. My duties included but were not limited to, implementation and follow through of several ideas/ and problem solving/reviewed and resolved discrepancies on documents/test and examination runs of engineering unit management/staff management/employee development and training/conflict management /problem solving/recommending measures to improve the learning standard, report/liaising, coordinating, scheduling activities/preparation of training documents/auditing, evaluation and examination monitoring tools and the sampling protocols and procedures.

My duties included but were not limited to, teaching Mathematics N1 – N3, Electrical engineering subjects in N1 – N6, Mechanotechnology N3, Trade theory in both electrical and mechanical , Mechanotechnics N4 – N6 / examination marker appointed by DHET with Persal number 28525787/support /irregularity reports on student attendance and progress.
