I am young and energetic but also focussed when I need to be. I totally love motivating people to achieve their goals and enjoy helping them set the beat goals for themselves. I am very adventurous and live a very active and healthy lifestyle.

Availability: I am only temporarily available from 27 May 2019 until 29 August 2019. I will be leaving to Wales, UK in September to complete my Masters degree.

I am however available in that period from Mondays to Fridays 06:00-17:00.

Experience: I finished my degree in BSc Human Movement Science and Physiology.
Then completed my Honors degree in BSc Physiology.
Thereafter my second honors degree in BSc Biokinetics.
I’ve worked as a Biokineticist for two years and have started my own online healthy lifestyle coach business.
I am busy completing my Pilates Teacher Course.
Through my years I’ve done various courses, including First Aid Level 2 and Basic Life support.
