Position held ⢠Group Marketing Executive
This was a newly created position for the development, implementation and management of the Group Marketing Strategy and also involved generating business leads and growing revenue by proactively managing relationships between new, existing and potential clients as well as stakeholders. The role also included, mailer design and distribution, database management, social media management, stakeholder management, internal communication, staff appreciation, internal communications, procurement of marketing material, sponsorship negotiations and all internal events. This was a managerial role and involved the supervision, management and coaching of 2 junior staff members.
