I have escalated my degree of competence through various academic and project management positions, which have sculpted me to be the suitable incumbent for this position. I am currently occupying a Seniority Position as a Regional Coordinator for Wholesale & Retail SETA at Umfolozi TVET College in Kwa Zulu Natal. In my 8 years’ experience at a TVET sector in Marketing Department I have familiarised myself with the processes within the sector and have encountered challenges that comes with being a Manager.

Experience: The vast experience I have acquired comes not only through teaching and learning but also through multifaceted operational college activities not limited to: Tutor at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal from 2012-2014, School Of Excellence project manager in2014-2016 Retail Simulation Room Caretaker 2015, Designed curriculum for KZN TVET’s lecturer’s in 2013 and Designed and develop relevant processes and tools towards efficient administration system for the School of Excellence Project in which I worked closely with the TVET Quality Department and monitoring TVET WRSETA accredited assessors and Evaluation of Stakeholders in providing quality service to our learners.

The leadership ladder I have endured have bestowed effective management qualities and l endeavour to take your institution to greater height. I have a proven track record of practical experience in writing a report, possessing initiative, drive and good personality. I also have a passion in developing people, presentation skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), Decision making skills and problem solving skills
