Since I graduated in Computer Sciences, I started working in a computer company for 6 years. Afterwards, I moved to a retail company where I worked in the computer department. I was exposed to with IT people from several cultures, countries, technologies. It was another 16 years. During that time, I took trainings, and provided with the same. I am also working on my self training and would like to help others to do the same.

I have been learning in an institution and on line courses, gaining different methodologies of teaching. Step by step training is very useful with live examples, using the available tools of the products to train. Sharing information, providing space and time for discussion, as well as live exercises is very important. The training can contain chapters, sections and levels. I would like to share my knowledge and help students to learn the applications through well explained procedures and demos. Students can also practice live and check the possible errors that might occur in different scenarios that they choose, find the solutions with live practice. I can share as well my experience of wrong processes that should not be used.
