I have recently retired and would like to keep busy and earn additional income. I currently also do private proofreading for business people and students where English is their second language. Language, coaching and skills development training are my passions.

Experience: I was a regional sales manager for a financial institution previously. My role was to coach the branch managers to attain targets and ensure that service delivery outputs were met and maintained. This entailed assessing each situation to ascertain if the issue was behavioral or knowledge related and then coaching accordingly. I was also responsible for implementing new projects and determining required outcomes.
