Hello Everyone!
My name is Danielle and I live in the Free State. I`m a certified TEFL tutor and have worked with an online English company teaching children. I also have my Bachelor`s Degree in International Hospitality Management. I have a passion for people, especially children and love learning about different cultures, food and people. I`m my happiest when I am outdoors and enjoy hiking and being in nature. I`m a very patient and kind individual. My teaching style is relaxed, calm and fun. I feel that having a relaxed class environment allows students to be themselves and also helps student engage and learn quicker.

Experience: I`ve been working as an Online English Teacher since January 2021 with Children between the ages of 4 -12, giving daily English classes. I have excellent understanding and can grasp online platforms well. I have extensive use of props and total physical response in my classes and strong interactions with students.

Since very young I’ve always enjoyed working with children. I’ve been involved with children during my previous work as we would get families coming on holiday, so there was quite a bit of interaction with children from older to much younger. At my previous work places I was involved in training staff and helping colleagues learn and grow. I love coming into work and motivating people to get better at what they do and having a better day than imagined. During school holidays I took part in holiday camps, some went on for a week or two. There I was a
camp leader, looking after my own group of kids and creating fun activities and ensuring they were safe and not getting up to trouble!

I have good knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint and am a fast learner when it comes to my computer skills and other forms of training.
