Experience: I worked for Sasol Polymers as a Production and Energy Coordinator and was retrenched on 30 June 2015. I had previously worked for Siltech Ferro Silicon Smelters as Team Leader Production.

I have a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering which I obtained from Vaal University of Technology in 2001. I also have a SAAIM Certificate in Business Management which I obtained from UNISA in 2008. I am currently studying Towards a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering with Unisa and have already passed Entrepreneurship IV, a subject rated on master’s Level. I also have also obtained a Microsoft FTU Course from Damelin in 2007. I also have a Certificate in Conducting Outcome based Assessments from CCI college in 2007.

I have worked as a Production Team Leader for more than 8 years on 4 different Plants and two different companies. This has given me exposure to diverse Management Styles, Production Systems and Cultures. I am therefore very versatile in my Leadership Style and have first had experience of Situational Leadership Style. My current job entails Production Optimization and Short-Term Planning. I have no people reporting to me.
