As a software engineer and Mechatronic engineering graduate from Stellenbosch University, I`m passionate about mathematics. Inspired by a transformative high school math teacher, I went from struggling to excelling in the subject. Now, I aim to inspire students through interactive teaching methods. My focus is on problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, tailored to each student`s goals. Experience: Throughout high school and university, I`ve been actively involved in tutoring, both informally and through structured initiatives. In grades 11 and 12, I regularly tutored classmates at my home, conveniently located near the school. During my university years, I utilized Microsoft Teams and Whiteboard to assist my brother and his friends, aiding them in math exam preparations. Remarkably, all three students, now pursuing their university degrees, achieved scores above 80% in their final exams. Additionally, I`m proud to contribute to the "Tomorrow Trust Tutoring" initiative, dedicated to enhancing high school students` math proficiency, thereby broadening their access to higher education.
